July 2nd - July 8th
Murphy was fishing in Maine even though the season was officially closed. A stranger approached him and said,
"Have you caught anything?"
"Have I caught anything?" exclaimed Murphy. "I got a couple hundred pounds of the finest rock bass you ever saw iced down in my trunk."
"Do you know who I am?" Asked the stranger.
"No."
"I'm the state game warden. Who are you?"
"I'm the biggest liar in the whole state."
