As everyone knows hooks are very sharp and can cause serious injury. Here are some things to keep in mind about hooks:

    - Keep hooks rust free by replacing when necessary.
    - If you don't like shots, keep a record of the last time you got a tetanus shot. You should get one every 10 years. If you don't know when the last time you got one, the hospital will give you one anyways.
    - Keep in mind where your fellow angler stands. A hook in any bodypart does not feel good.
